Refund & Cancellation Policy

How we handle refunds for the Japado learning plan.

1. General rule

Because Japado is a digital product, all content becomes available immediately after checkout. For this reason we generally cannot accept cancellations or refunds once payment is complete.

2. Refundable cases

  • Duplicate charges caused by a payment system error
  • Critical outages that prevent access even after payment
  • Other issues attributable to us that make service delivery impossible

3. Non-refundable cases

  • Personal learning results not meeting expectations
  • Connectivity problems on the user’s device or network
  • Purchases made by mistake or because the user no longer needs the product

4. How to request a refund

  1. Email 1117marine1117@gmail.com with your name, email, payment ID, date, and a description of the issue.
  2. We will review the request and inform you whether it qualifies for a refund.
  3. If approved, Stripe will process the refund and your card issuer will reflect it within approximately 5–10 business days.
