By accessing or using Japado, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. We may update the terms as the product evolves; major changes will be announced on this site.

2. Accounts

We are currently operating in guest-preview mode. Authentication and paid access will return soon. Once accounts are re-enabled you will be responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Services

Japado provides kana charts, quizzes, word banks, flashcards, and related study tools. We may modify or discontinue features without prior notice.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Violating applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing the rights or privacy of other users
• Reverse engineering or tampering with the platform
• Attempting unauthorized access or overloading our infrastructure

5. Disclaimer

We strive to keep the service available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Except where caused by our intentional or grossly negligent acts, we are not liable for damages that result from outages or third-party failures. Learning outcomes are personal and cannot be guaranteed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court where our business is registered.
